Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Dataminr is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to become the platform expert for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from our AI‑driven event detection solution, while driving renewals and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Dataminr’s platform, including open‑source and social‑media analytics.
• Understand client missions and workflows, integrate Dataminr into their processes, and recommend best practices.
• Own the end‑to‑end renewal lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio and collaborate with Account Managers on shared accounts.
• Gather insights on customer use cases, decision‑making, and budget cycles to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
• Navigate and influence stakeholders across users, influencers, and budget owners throughout the buying process.
• Collect customer feedback and convey product recommendations to engineering and product teams.

Required profile

• Native French or full professional proficiency in French.
• 6‑8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS customer success or account management with a proven record of managing renewals and driving commercial growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with complex renewal cycles, negotiation, and strategic account planning.
