Customer Success Manager (International)

About the role

Uniti is building an AI‑driven execution layer for real‑estate operations. As a Customer Success Manager (International) you will own the post‑sale relationship with operators outside the US, guiding them from onboarding through renewal and expansion across multiple countries and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end relationship for international operators, including onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Partner with Account Executives for a smooth sales‑to‑implementation handoff and run kickoff and pilot phases with the Implementation Manager.
• Monitor agent performance and operator health weekly, surfacing risks before churn while considering local market and regulatory contexts.
• Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities across additional agent families, channels, and countries.
• Translate operator feedback into product insights for Product and Engineering teams.
• Maintain internal health scores, churn risk indicators, and expansion forecasts in Monday.com.

Required profile

• Experience managing post‑sale relationships for SaaS or technology solutions.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics and anticipate churn.
• Excellent communication skills to convey feedback to product and engineering.
