Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the post‑sale journey for our asset‑management platform used by construction firms. You will ensure customers get maximum value from the solution, from onboarding through renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Lead remote and on‑site onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth start.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to monitor adoption, identify risks and drive usage.
• Act as the customer’s advocate within the company, translating feedback into actionable change requests.
• Identify at‑risk accounts early and implement strategies to retain them before renewal.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, account management or a similar client‑facing role, preferably in SaaS.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build trust with users and executives.
• Strong empathy and problem‑solving mindset.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and comfortable learning new software.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

• Experience with SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in using CRM or customer success tools.
