Customer Support Technician

About the role

As a Customer Support Technician you will be the front‑line for our customers, helping them get the most out of SafeHR’s HR solutions and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming queries promptly via email and phone, providing expert assistance with technical and software‑related questions.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring information is accurate before passing it to the HR team.
• Engage new customers on onboarding calls, guiding them through the SafeHR journey and showcasing the value of the service.
• Identify and report bugs, issues and customer feedback to the development team to help improve the product.
• Collaborate with teammates, sharing insights to continuously improve software and processes.

Required profile

• Outstanding communication skills, able to engage customers confidently via phone and email.
• Keen attention to detail, delivering precise information in every interaction.
• Strong multitasking ability, handling multiple queries and follow‑ups without missing anything.
• Problem‑solving prowess, using critical thinking to resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Team‑oriented mindset, thriving in a close‑knit environment and sharing ideas to improve service.
