Cyber Security Awareness & Operations Analyst

About the role

This 16‑week contract role combines security awareness and cyber operations within a respected UK organisation. Working hybrid from Leatherhead, you will help build a strong security culture while supporting the infrastructure team on day‑to‑day security tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform and deliver engaging training.
• Plan, execute and report on phishing simulation campaigns.
• Produce compliance and security awareness reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor training completion rates and recommend improvements.
• Provide threat‑intelligence support to the Infrastructure Team.
• Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents from the Managed SOC.
• Assist with vulnerability management, remediation, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel operations.
• Promote and enhance the organisation’s cyber security culture.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience administering the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform.
• Hands‑on experience delivering cyber security awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Experience supporting infrastructure teams with threat intelligence and incident response.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel security operations.

What we offer

• £368.88‑£424 per day (PAYE) with holiday pay uplift after 12 weeks.
• Hybrid working – initially three days onsite, then 2‑3 days.
