Data Administrator (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Administrator to cover a maternity leave, joining our Data Team in Fareham. The role involves handling all data services for our data bureau, with full training provided.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry, imports and exports, and run scripts as required.
• Liaise with customers on data issues and provide KPI or ad‑hoc reports.
• Manipulate data using third‑party tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Follow established data processes and support client review and planning calls after training.

Required profile

• Experience in administration and data entry.
• Good understanding of IT concepts.
• High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong time‑management and self‑organisation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, with a professional telephone manner.
• Motivation to learn quickly and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
