Change & Technology Management Graduate Programme 2027

About the role

Zurich Insurance is launching its Change & Technology Management Graduate Programme for 2027, based in Whiteley. The two‑year scheme is designed to develop future leaders who can drive change and technology initiatives across the business. Graduates will rotate through key functions, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Work with cross‑functional teams on Business Analysis to identify and solve business problems.
• Lead projects from initiation to delivery in a Project Management capacity.
• Shape strategic and innovative solutions within Architecture.
• Manage IT operational support and key relationships in Service Delivery to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Own and manage real business project workstreams from day one.

Required profile

• Ability to commute to the Whiteley office and work hybrid (minimum two days onsite per week).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Capability to grasp complex concepts in a business environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied roles, occasional travel and work with global partners.
• Interest in technology; an IT‑related degree is not mandatory.
