Change & Technology Management Summer Internship 2027

About the role

We are looking for a summer intern to join our Change & Technology Management team in Whiteley for a 10‑week programme starting June 2027. The role will involve working on a project or workstream, taking ownership of delivery elements and gaining exposure to how Zurich manages change across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support a change or technology project, contributing to delivery of specific workstream elements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the change function and broader business to understand processes and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Penultimate year university student aiming for a 2:1 degree in any discipline.
• At least 96 UCAS points (CCC) and GCSE grades A*‑C in Maths and English.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship, having lived in the UK for three consecutive years.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to build working relationships and grasp complex business concepts.
