Data Analyst – AI in Banking & Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our AI‑focused research company that builds the global benchmark for AI adoption in banking and insurance. The role sits at the heart of the data team, working closely with business stakeholders to create self‑serve data assets, automate index processes and deliver high‑quality datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain analysis‑ready datasets and automated data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and deliver self‑service solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance and documentation throughout the data lifecycle.
• Support the creation of dashboards and visualisations for business users.
• Contribute to data engineering and analytical initiatives across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with business stakeholders and delivering data solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding data quality and governance.
• Genuine interest in AI, demonstrated through projects or professional work.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.

Required skills

• SQL (or Python; both are ideal).
• Python for data manipulation and automation.
