Data Analyst – Power BI & Retail Insights

About the role

As a Data Analyst at VPZ you will turn complex retail and operational data into clear, actionable recommendations. You will work closely with commercial teams to shape strategy across the UK’s leading vape retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted Power BI dashboards and recurring reports.
• Analyse sales and operational performance across more than 190 stores, identifying trends, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Evaluate product, category, store and channel performance to support ranging, stock management and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover insights that drive retail, customer and operational strategy.

Required profile

• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong commercial problem‑solving mindset and effective stakeholder communication.
• Enjoys hands‑on technical work combined with strategic analysis.

Required skills

• Power BI (or comparable visualisation platform).
