Data Analyst – Procurement & Technology

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our procurement and technology team in London. You will turn complex operational, financial and technology data into actionable insights that support investment decisions, supplier strategy and capacity planning.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and integrate data from procurement, finance, cloud and infrastructure systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports and forecasting models for business decision‑making.
• Provide insights on technology costs, asset utilisation, capacity planning and lifecycle management.
• Support supplier performance monitoring, investment planning and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Build and enhance automated reporting, analytics workflows and data pipelines.
• Present clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders across technical and non‑technical teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in data analytics within procurement, technology, infrastructure, finance or asset management environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on translating data into business insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, procurement or asset management systems is advantageous.
