Data Entry & System Administration

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry & System Administration professional to support the Acquisitions team across the UK & Ireland. The role focuses on accurate input, verification and maintenance of purchase order and property data within our internal systems, while providing general administrative assistance to keep the team running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Enter property, project and financial information into designated internal systems on a daily basis.
• Update existing records, perform regular data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
• Upload and manage documents following strict naming and filing conventions, maintaining version control.
• Maintain team trackers, logs and shared folders to ensure up‑to‑date information.
• Enter supplier, invoice and purchase order data into finance and procurement systems, checking against approvals.
• Monitor cost capture, flag data issues and support audit‑ready record keeping.
• Prepare documentation for approvals and payments, and assist with organising financial paperwork.
• Produce standard data extracts using existing system functionality when requested.

Required profile

• Comfortable working independently while following established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data errors.
• Proactive communicator who can chase updates from colleagues across multiple locations.
• Organised and able to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently.
