Data Executive (Hybrid, London)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative marketing data team in London. Working hybrid (two days in the office), you will have a direct impact on campaign delivery and performance while gaining exposure to a fast‑paced agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage accurate data lists based on campaign briefs.
• Support email marketing activities, including list uploads, exclusion management and bounce handling.
• Prepare data for direct‑mail campaigns and create location‑based outputs such as mapping.
• Maintain and cleanse databases to ensure accuracy, compliance and high‑quality data hygiene.
• Manage unsubscribes, bounces and other data quality processes.
• Assist with reporting, basic analysis and visual outputs.
• Support ongoing improvements to data processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience working with data in a commercial or marketing environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience managing contact databases or CRM systems.
• Exposure to email marketing platforms or ESPs.
• Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and clear communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
