About the role

As a full‑time Data Scientist at Coefficient, you will build and deploy cutting‑edge AI and machine‑learning solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from government agencies to fast‑growing startups. Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operationalise end‑to‑end data science and engineering pipelines for external client projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create transformative tools and internal products.
• Apply AI‑assisted development techniques to accelerate coding and model delivery.
• Participate in client engagements, from requirement gathering to solution deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring junior team members, and continuous improvement of consultancy practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex, real‑world problems using data.
• Experience delivering full‑stack data science solutions in a consultancy or fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with highly skilled, independent professionals.
• Eagerness to adopt and master AI‑assisted coding workflows.

Required skills

• Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and Codex.
• Data engineering and statistical modelling capabilities.
