Delivery Driver – 7.5t Van – Southampton to London

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to operate a 7.5‑tonne van from our Southampton depot, delivering goods primarily to London and surrounding areas. The role is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with pre‑loaded vans ready each morning.

Key responsibilities

• Drive safely on scheduled routes, keeping customers informed of estimated arrival times.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑delivery vehicle checks, refuel and keep the van clean.
• Unload deliveries manually and ensure accurate drop‑offs.
• Report any vehicle issues to the Transport Department promptly.
• Represent the company courteously and promote its services during customer interactions.

Required profile

• Valid clean driving licence, including a C1 licence with CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Previous van driving experience.
• Physical fitness to unload the vehicle unassisted.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with good communication skills.
