Delivery Technician – Highways Maintenance

About the role
Join the North Northamptonshire Highways Maintenance team as a Delivery Technician. You will help ensure safe, high‑quality delivery of works by applying Kier's Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies, checking work instructions and carrying out site inspections and audits.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule maintenance works using dedicated management systems.
- Coordinate small carriageway and footway surfacing projects.
- Ensure works comply with specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site‑based inspections and verification checks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cost‑effective maintenance solutions.
Required profile
- Hold a Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
- Possess Traffic Management 12D M7 (Lantra) certification.
- Comfortable using MS Office and other IT systems.
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team and are passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
