About the role

Join a purpose‑built residential care home in Oxford as Deputy Manager, supporting the Registered Manager to deliver person‑centred care in a warm, modern environment. Key responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Manager in day‑to‑day leadership and act as deputy in their absence.
• Promote exceptional, person‑centred care that enables residents to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives aimed at achieving and maintaining an Outstanding CQC rating.
• Coach, mentor and develop colleagues to reach their full potential.
• Support audits, investigations, resident feedback analysis and action‑plan implementation.
• Oversee admissions, care planning and operational processes to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals and senior leadership to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required profile

• Previous senior leadership experience in a residential care home (e.g., Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead).
• Strong background in elderly care with a passion for high‑quality service.
• Proven ability to motivate, support and develop high‑performing teams.
