About the role
We are seeking a Design Engineer to join a global leader in complex mechanical equipment. You will work on innovative, high‑performance products in a collaborative, customer‑focused environment, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop new mechanical products.
- Manage projects from concept through to delivery.
- Work directly with customers to create tailored solutions.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation.
- Occasional travel across Europe for project support.
Required profile
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 3–5+ years of experience in product development or design.
- Strong project management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
