Designer – Women’s Shoes (London)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Designer to join our Women’s Shoes team in London. Working closely with the Senior Design Director, you will help translate the collection vision into commercially viable footwear that reflects the brand’s luxury aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior designers in developing seasonal women’s shoe concepts, from sketches to final specifications.
• Research trends, materials, and construction techniques and share insights with the design team.
• Prepare design specifications, including materials, components, and construction details.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Product Development to meet collection timelines.
• Assist in fit sessions, spec reviews, and development follow‑up under senior guidance.
• Contribute to presentation materials and edit reviews for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fashion or Design degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in footwear design, preferably women’s shoes.
• Understanding of factory processes and supplier relationships is a plus.
• Strong organisational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Passion for luxury footwear and the Jimmy Choo aesthetic.

Required skills

• Footwear design and development.
• Knowledge of footwear materials, components and basic construction techniques.
• Trend research and analysis.
• Familiarity with line plans and commercial collection processes.
• Italian language skills (advantageous, not required).
