Digital Account Manager - Corporate Communications

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Account Manager who will own relationships with global corporate clients, overseeing website builds, maintenance and digital strategy within the corporate communications and B2B space.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship across all activities and act as a strategic partner.
• Oversee project management of website builds and day‑to‑day requests, briefing internal teams with clear requirements, deliverables and timelines.
• Handle client budgets, financial administration, purchase orders and ensure work is delivered within scope, timeline and budget.
• Identify and develop revenue growth and cross‑sell opportunities, lead client reviews and create proposals for new work.
• Allocate and manage projects within the team, keeping status reports and deadlines up to date.

Required profile

• 4+ years agency or client‑side experience interacting with clients at various levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage large digital projects from inception to delivery under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle conflicting priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with content management systems, specifically AEM.
• Familiarity with issue and bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of QA techniques and processes.
• Understanding of W3C WCAG accessibility levels and requirements.
