Digital Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach to deliver high‑quality training and support to apprentices across Digital Support Technician, Data Technician, Data Analyst and emerging AI & Automation programmes. Working remotely with occasional travel to client sites and head‑office meetings, you will help shape the next generation of digital talent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and face‑to‑face technical workshops covering Microsoft 365, digital systems, IT support and data handling.
• Coach apprentices through portfolio development and End‑Point Assessment (EPA) preparation.
• Conduct regular learner progress reviews and maintain strong relationships with employers.
• Create and update engaging learning resources and contribute to curriculum improvements.
• Support apprentices in applying technical skills within real workplace environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Digital, AI or Data apprenticeship programmes.
• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, digital systems and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of apprenticeship standards, KSB mapping and EPA processes.
• Experience designing and delivering training materials.
• Relevant Digital, IT or Data qualifications at Level 5 or above; teaching or coaching qualifications are highly desirable.

What we offer

• Salary up to £55,000 per annum (range £40,000‑£55,000).
