Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

HONOR is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its UK & Ireland (UK&I) digital strategy from its London Paddington office. Working closely with the UK&I Marketing Director, you will shape marketing objectives, design annual plans and drive audience‑centric campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Director to set objectives and create an annual marketing plan focused on audience insight, creative impact and ROI.
• Develop and execute UK&I communication and connection plans to increase brand awareness and drive purchase journeys.
• Set measurable campaign goals and use data to optimise performance before, during and after launch.
• Plan, implement and evaluate paid digital media in collaboration with the UK&I media agency.
• Brief and lead creative development for paid, owned and partner touch‑points across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and LinkedIn.
• Build partnerships with social media platforms, creators and opinion leaders targeting UK&I consumers.
• Collaborate with ecommerce teams to optimise paid search, affiliate marketing, review platforms and CRM.
• Manage the relationship with the media agency, setting objectives, overseeing execution and measuring impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading rigorous digital marketing campaigns in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong understanding of creative and media effectiveness across digital touch points.
• Ability to translate audience insights into actionable campaign strategies.
• Experience working with media agencies and cross‑functional teams.
