Digital Marketing Officer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Officer to join our busy marketing team on a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover. The role is delivery‑focused, allowing you to own campaigns, optimise performance across digital channels, and support sophisticated go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Support go‑to‑market activities for diverse audiences and sectors.
• Optimise campaign performance through testing, analysis and continuous improvement.
• Manage paid advertising on LinkedIn, Google Ads, paid social and display platforms.
• Maintain and enhance marketing automation and CRM workflows, building automated lead‑nurture journeys.
• Support website, landing‑page, SEO and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Analyse performance data, produce reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, paid media and marketing automation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with content, communications and business development teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
