Diploma‑Qualified Paraplanner – Up to £50k, Remote, Amersham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Diploma‑qualified Paraplanner to join a fast‑growing wealth management firm near Amersham. The role offers predominantly remote working while providing direct exposure to client meetings, technical research and the firm’s Investment Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners to provide technical support.
• Gather, analyse and model client financial information.
• Produce cash‑flow modelling reports and detailed financial analysis.
• Conduct research across pensions, investments, tax planning and broader financial‑planning solutions.
• Prepare suitability reports, recommendations and support annual client reviews.
• Liaise with providers, platforms and third‑party services.
• Participate as a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IFA, wealth‑management or financial‑planning environment.
• Diploma qualification (DipPFS or equivalent) as a baseline.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and tax planning.
• Ability to work independently, manage workflow and meet deadlines.
