Associate Director, Specialised Transaction Management

About the role

The Associate Director will manage a portfolio of complex Corporate Finance International transactions, including Project Finance, Structured Export Finance, Structured Asset Finance, and Acquisition Finance, while supporting broader portfolio management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of the Corporate Finance International strategic plan and achieve financial targets.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to minimise potential losses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Enablement, and global colleagues to deliver consistent client experience.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit standards.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in financial analysis and modelling for complex corporate transactions.
• Strong understanding of loan and security documentation and Corporate Finance products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
