Diploma‑Qualified Paraplanner – Wealth Management (Remote, £55k)

About the role

Financial Divisions, a respected financial planning firm near Amersham, is looking for a fully Diploma‑qualified Paraplanner to join its technical team. The position is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at the Buckinghamshire office for meetings and client activities.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings alongside Financial Planners to provide technical support.
• Gather, analyse and model client financial information, producing cash‑flow plans and financial analysis.
• Conduct technical research on planning solutions and products.
• Prepare high‑quality suitability reports and recommendations.
• Liaise with providers, manage client cases to completion, and oversee annual review processes.
• Contribute to the firm’s Investment Committee and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• Fully Diploma‑qualified (Level 4 DipPFS or equivalent).
• Minimum five years’ experience in paraplanning or a similar advisory role.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and financial planning standards.

Required skills

• Cash‑flow modelling.
