Direct Sales Consultant – French/Spanish Speaker

About the role

AXA Global Healthcare is seeking a bilingual Direct Sales Consultant to join its Tunbridge Wells team. You will engage with customers who have expressed interest in International Private Healthcare Insurance, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions while communicating clearly in French or Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound enquiries by phone and convert them into sales.
• Listen to customers, identify their health insurance needs, and propose appropriate cover options.
• Explain complex product details in simple, empathetic language.
• Build rapport and trust to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with teammates in a supportive, goal‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in French or Spanish plus English.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Motivation to meet sales targets in a non‑advisory setting.

• Competitive base salary plus monthly performance commission.
• Full‑time permanent contract (37.5 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm).
• Hybrid work model – initially 2 days onsite, moving to 3 days.
