Director, Global Field & Partner Marketing

About the role

DeepL is looking for a senior leader to own and scale its global field and partner marketing programmes. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, you will drive pipeline, deal acceleration and product adoption across enterprise and mid‑market segments worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a global field marketing strategy covering owned events, third‑party conferences, executive engagements and digital programmes.
• Build and expand flagship owned event portfolios across new cities while maintaining commercial rigor.
• Develop an executive engagement capability in partnership with Sales and Customer Success to access senior decision‑makers.
• Lead partner marketing initiatives, co‑marketing with channel, technology, GSI and ISV partners to generate measurable pipeline.
• Establish measurement frameworks for pipeline attribution, speed‑to‑lead and closed‑won outcomes.
• Manage and develop a distributed team of regional field and partner marketers, fostering a culture of commercial accountability.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in field marketing, events or partner marketing within B2B SaaS, preferably at a global scale‑up.
• Proven track record of building owned event programmes and partner‑driven co‑marketing that directly influence pipeline.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise B2B buying cycle and ability to own pipeline targets.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams of 6+ marketers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools to automate marketing operations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline attribution and reporting.
