About the role
Gigaclear is seeking a Director of Business Services to lead the next phase of growth for its rural full‑fibre platform. This senior commercial role will shape strategy, build new revenue streams and expand market presence across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a commercial model and sales strategy to increase network utilisation and customer penetration.
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities that accelerate growth.
- Lead a B2B sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance against sustainable growth metrics.
- Collaborate with product, operations and marketing teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Monitor market trends in telecom, infrastructure and technology to inform strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B growth businesses in telecom, infrastructure or technology sectors.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution ability.
- Experience leading commercial teams and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, based at least three days per week in Abingdon.
