Director of Property – Block Management (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Property to lead our block‑management division. The role is fully remote with occasional travel to regional hubs across the South East and Midlands, offering the freedom to work from anywhere while steering a market‑leading property services group.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inspiring leadership to Branch Managers and Heads of Property Management.
• Standardise and roll out core systems and processes across regional teams to ensure scalability and high performance.
• Drive financial performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve margins.
• Support growth and acquisition initiatives by onboarding new portfolios and teams.
• Maintain robust compliance with RICS, ARMA‑Q and Landlord & Tenant legislation.

Required profile

• Active membership of IRPM/TPI (MIRPM/FIRPM/MTPI) or equivalent.
• Advanced understanding of residential property management and relevant legislation.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale property operations.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and diplomatic skills.
