About the role

We are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our Guildford store. The role is full‑time, includes weekend work and involves delivering high‑quality optical dispensing services to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense spectacles and contact lenses according to prescriptions.
• Provide professional advice and customer care throughout the fitting process.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with GOC standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Participate in ongoing clinical and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
• Open to newly qualified or experienced candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for serving the local community.
• Team‑player with a customer‑focused attitude.
