Domestic Abuse Operational Manager – Drive Project

About the role

The Drive Operations Manager provides operational leadership for the Lincolnshire Drive Project, a specialist programme working with high‑risk domestic abuse perpetrators. You will lead a team of practitioners and coordinate with a wide range of partners to ensure a county‑wide, victim‑centred response.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Drive team, ensuring delivery against the national Drive model while adapting to local priorities.
• Collaborate with police, probation, children’s services, health, housing and other partners to coordinate a multi‑agency response.
• Maintain fidelity to the evidence‑informed Drive approach and monitor performance and service delivery.
• Analyse complex risk information and translate it into effective operational actions.

Required profile

• Experienced manager with a strong understanding of safeguarding and complex risk management.
• Background in domestic abuse, community safety, criminal justice, probation or related services.
• Proven experience working with high‑risk individuals and complex safeguarding concerns.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to multi‑agency forums and influence strategic stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision‑making skills.
