About the role
Kingston House Care Home, a nursing home in Derry Hill, Calne, is looking for a part-time Domestic Cleaner. The home offers a spacious, comfortable environment and 24-hour care and support for older adults.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all allocated rooms, including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment
- Clean bathrooms and toilets, following guidelines for the control of germs and infestation
- Make sure rooms are odour-free
- Follow the COSHH health and safety statement
- Handle waste bags and dispose of them as prescribed
- Keep up to date with the care standards regulations governing the job
- Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times
Required profile
- Experience in a similar role or a similar industry is preferred but not essential
- Part-time position
