Domestic Major Loss Adjuster

About the role

Sedgwick is recruiting Domestic Major Loss Adjusters for its London and South East business. You will handle major and complex domestic losses, managing cases exceeding £100,000, working with internal and external specialists. Most of the work is a mix of home and office, supported by dedicated office-based technical and managerial colleagues.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience handling complex domestic losses over £100,000 on a chargeable-time basis, or a strong desire to progress to this level
• Dip CILA/ACILA status (or working towards it)
• A full UK driving licence, as travel by car is essential
• Excellent communication skills, including writing to and negotiating with policyholders, insurers and contractors
