DTC Paid Social and Ecommerce Specialist (Shopify & Klaviyo)

About the role

This combined role merges performance-driven paid social strategy with e-commerce retention and site management. You will own the paid social engine across client accounts by crafting direct response creative briefs and managing Meta ad campaigns, while driving retention through email marketing calendars in Klaviyo, coordinating Shopify website updates and working with the design team to optimise customer lifetime value. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 17:00 BST.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns across multiple e-commerce client accounts
• Develop creative briefs with hooks, angles and avatar-based messaging for direct response ads
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance to drive traffic and conversions for DTC brands
• Collaborate with the design team so ad creatives match campaign strategy, and keep campaign structures and reporting organised in Meta Ads Manager
• Plan and manage email marketing calendars aligned to each client's retention strategy
• Brief email creative and copy, keeping it consistent with each client's brand identity
• Coordinate updates on client Shopify websites and support the planning and review of core Klaviyo email flows with the design team
• Maintain documented client retention plans and campaign schedules

Required profile

• Hands-on experience setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns for e-commerce or DTC brands
• Proven experience in email marketing, retention strategy and Shopify store management
• Solid understanding of direct response marketing principles (hooks, angles, avatars)
• Familiarity with Klaviyo (or similar email platforms) and basic Shopify store administration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during UK business hours
