Dual Negotiator – Sales & Lettings (Estate Agent)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Dual Negotiator – Sales & Lettings to join our well‑established independent estate agency in Wimbledon. Working alongside an experienced Branch Manager, Senior Negotiator and Office Administrator, you will help drive the sales department’s performance while delivering exceptional service to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the sales department.
• Generate and win new residential sales instructions and conduct market appraisals.
• Provide accurate property valuations and manage a pipeline from offer through to completion.
• Negotiate offers, ensuring the best outcomes for vendors and purchasers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisors.
• Assist in training, coaching and motivating team members.
• Work towards and exceed individual and branch performance targets while ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar estate agency role.
• Proven track record of generating instructions and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Confidence in conducting valuations and winning business.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Basic salary £24,000 per annum plus OTE up to £55,200 (including company car or allowance).
