About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Dutch and French speaker to join our customer service team in Motherwell, supporting the Energy & Natural Resources sector. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records while delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in Dutch, French, and English.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while preserving positive relationships.
- Update and manage customer accounts in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address queries.
- Monitor feedback to help improve service levels.
- Support the team in meeting customer satisfaction targets.
- Adhere to company protocols and maintain confidentiality.
Required profile
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with strong English proficiency.
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role.
- Excellent problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills.
