DV Cleared Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a DV‑cleared Business Analyst to join a leading defence engineering firm in London. Working within agile software delivery teams, you will translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements that drive impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs.
• Elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements in an agile environment.
• Support Product Owners in prioritising and maintaining well‑defined backlogs aligned with project goals.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to clarify problems and drive decisions.
• Apply systems thinking to assess organisational impacts and improve processes, services and technology.
• Evaluate delivered solutions against desired outcomes and recommend enhancements.

Required profile

• Experience in defence, security, government or other highly regulated sectors.
• Proven track record working in agile software delivery teams, including writing and managing user stories.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities in complex, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Current active DV security clearance.
