About the role
We are partnering with several welcoming primary schools across the Chiltern District to recruit Early Career Teachers (ECT) starting in September 2026. The role offers a supportive environment where you will teach young learners while benefiting from structured induction and mentoring.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary pupils.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with senior staff and mentors to improve teaching practice.
- Participate in school-wide activities and community events.
Required profile
- Qualified to teach in England and available from September 2026.
- Passion for inspiring young learners.

Required skills
