Early Years Bank Staff

About the role

We are seeking a flexible working practitioner to join the Bright Flex / Bank team at Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery and Preschool in Bromley. You will support the care and development of babies and children up to the age of five, delivering interactive play, reading and activity sessions that encourage curiosity and milestone progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care for children aged 0‑5 in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate play, reading and activity sessions.
• Support each child’s development towards key milestones.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑standard provision.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and complete pre‑employment checks, including an enhanced DBS.

Required profile

• Experience or qualification in early years or childcare (exact level dependent on experience).
• Flexibility to work bank/agency style hours while enjoying employee benefits.
