Early Years Educator (Qualified/Unqualified) – Nursery

About the role

Little Dukes is seeking enthusiastic early years educators to join its nurseries across the UK. Both qualified Level 3 practitioners and unqualified staff are welcome for part‑time positions caring for children aged 0‑5.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5.
• Plan and deliver EYFS‑aligned activities that are stimulating and engaging.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s learning and development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy and a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Paediatric First Aid (preferred).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and relevant childcare regulations.
• Qualified candidates must hold a Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification or an equivalent full Early Years qualification.
