Early Years Lecturer – FE Teaching Role in Surrey

About the role
Reed FE is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Lecturer to join a supportive team in Surrey. This part‑time (0.6 FTE) position offers the chance to inspire future practitioners and contribute to high‑quality further education.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching in Early Years education.
- Support learners in developing knowledge, skills and confidence for their careers.
- Stay up‑to‑date with FE/Adult curriculum developments and implement best practices.
- Address the unique challenges of teaching in further education to boost student engagement and success.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or equivalent industrial/professional qualification.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd or equivalent).
- In‑depth knowledge of current FE/Adult curriculum developments.
- Understanding of challenges in further‑education teaching and learning.
- Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
