Electrical Lecturer – Full‑time teaching roles in Cheshire

About the role

We are looking for motivated Electrical Lecturers to deliver high‑quality teaching and assessment for Electrical Apprenticeships and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes in Cheshire. The role is full‑time, permanent and based on site, offering the chance to shape the next generation of skilled electricians.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver classroom and practical sessions covering electrical theory and installation techniques.
• Assess apprentices’ progress against national standards and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with employers and training providers to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Maintain accurate records of learner achievement and attendance.
• Participate in continuous professional development and departmental meetings.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with substantial experience in electrical installation (Level 3 or higher).
• Demonstrated ability to teach or mentor learners, preferably in an apprenticeship setting.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
