Electrical Package Manager – Expat Opportunity in Frankfurt

About the role

Elusav is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the electrical systems package on complex engineering and construction projects in Frankfurt. This expatriate position offers the chance to work with leading global corporations and drive innovation in the built environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete Electrical Systems package, from design through handover.
• Coordinate site safety with the Electrical Project Manager and client Safety Advisor, including safety file setup and closure.
• Promote a strong Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental culture within the team.
• Oversee site QA in partnership with the client QA Manager.
• Maintain the project schedule in collaboration with client project managers and consultants.
• Control all package‑related costs, including subcontractors, materials, plant, variations and valuations.
• Direct day‑to‑day site operations and subcontractor activities, ensuring weekly progress meetings.
• Manage the client’s “In Progress” snagging system and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare internal and external weekly progress reports, highlighting percentage complete, delays and issues.
• Coordinate material deliveries to align with the project schedule.

Required profile

• Trade or relevant third‑level qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on large installation projects.
• Proven track record coordinating complex electrical installations.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and design‑and‑build processes.
