About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Works Scheduler to join our electrical team. In this position you will coordinate the daily diary of engineers across multiple contracts, ensuring that work is allocated efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls and answer incoming enquiries to schedule work for engineers.
  • Maintain and update engineers' diaries, calendars and related records in real time.
  • Prioritise workload across client contracts and take ownership of each contract’s schedule.
  • Provide clerical support such as typing, document management, filing and routine administrative tasks.

Required profile

  • Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when updating records and databases.
