Electrician – Field Based Role in Lancashire

About the role

Join M&Y Maintenance and Construction as an electrician working across Lancashire on social housing and private properties. You will deliver installation, maintenance and testing services while supporting an on‑call rota for emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, maintenance and testing on client properties.
• Respond to emergency call‑outs as part of a rota system.
• Collaborate with the electrical team, other trades and wider Regenda Group staff.
• Work independently, organising your own workload and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
• BS 7671 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification.
• Inspection and testing certificate (2391/4/5 or equivalent).
• Complete NICEIC certification or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols; experience in social housing is advantageous.
