Electronics Engineer – Product Design & Development

About the role

We are seeking an Electronics Engineer to join a globally recognised manufacturer in Guildford. You will own product design projects from concept to production, working fully on‑site within a collaborative multidisciplinary engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to design reviews and produce technical documentation.
• Investigate assembly faults, perform root‑cause analysis and drive reliability improvements.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring design integrity and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering department.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electronic product design and development.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in Guildford and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Motivation for ongoing technical training and career progression.
