Elite Operative Plasterer – £50k Salary

About the role

Gilmartins is seeking experienced plasterers to join its Elite Operative team in Buckinghamshire. This full‑time, permanent position offers a £50,000 basic salary and the chance to work on social‑housing repair projects across High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out plastering repairs, both patch work and larger surface areas.
• Perform thermal boarding, painting & decorating, mould wash, re‑pointing and basic carpentry tasks as required.
• Maintain high‑quality standards, ensuring jobs are completed correctly the first time.
• Use company‑provided PDA and technology to record work and follow health & safety procedures.
• Manage van stock, keep the vehicle clean and presentable, and respect company assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social‑housing reactive maintenance.
• Relevant trade qualifications where applicable.
• Full manual driving licence (automatic vans are not provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliability, excellent attendance and the capacity to work independently.
