EMEA Events Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven and highly motivated Events Marketing Manager to join the EMEA marketing function and deliver event experiences that educate, engage, and inspire audiences across the region. This business‑critical role develops and executes strategic event marketing programmes aligned to broader EMEA objectives, managing both first‑party and third‑party events from planning through post‑event optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end event programmes across pre‑event, live, and post‑event phases.
• Manage project timelines, work‑back schedules, logistics, and delivery milestones.
• Oversee multiple concurrent events across EMEA markets and audience segments.
• Ensure high‑quality attendee experiences across all event touchpoints.
• Coordinate with agencies, production vendors, venues, and third‑party organisers; source, brief, negotiate and manage external partners.
• Partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Communications, Creative, and GTM teams to align event activity with regional objectives.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, approvals, and budget tracking; maintain reporting documentation.
• Measure event performance and ROI; deliver post‑event analysis and recommendations.
• Contribute ideas for new event concepts, formats, and audience experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering roadshows or user conferences of 500+ attendees.
• Marketing experience targeting audiences in the UK, France or Germany; fluency in French or German is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proactive approach to meeting targets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in high‑growth technology or payments industry.
