Employability Workshop Manager – Part‑Time (0.8 FTE)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Employability Workshop Manager to deliver a dynamic Employment and Skills programme for young people aged 16‑25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). The role is part‑time (0.8 FTE) on a fixed‑term two‑year contract, based in Bristol, and involves both workshop delivery and impact data collection.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, adapt and deliver engaging employability workshops during two delivery windows each year.
• Facilitate one‑day work‑insight sessions with local businesses.
• Refresh workshop content between delivery periods and ensure materials meet diverse learning needs.
• Support programme evaluation, collect impact data, and contribute to reporting for business partners.
• Collaborate with the Employment and Skills Project Manager, Project Assistant and Senior Programme Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering workshops for young people, particularly NEET groups.
• Strong ability to build positive relationships with participants facing barriers to progression.
• Passion for helping youth develop confidence and employability skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
